Contact form
Data: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), company, message, language, service type.
Purpose: responding to your quote or information request.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention: 3 years from last contact.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
Data: anonymised browsing data (pages visited, duration, source).
Purpose: site improvement, traffic analysis.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention: 14 months (GA4 setting).
GA4 is only activated after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
3. Data Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be shared with the following processors strictly for service delivery:
- ◆Resend (email delivery) — processed in the EU (eu-west-1) — Resend privacy policy
- ◆Google Analytics 4 (if consented) — IP anonymisation enabled
- ◆Vercel (hosting) — anonymised server logs

Under the GDPR (Art. 15–22), you have the following rights:

5. Security
Data transmitted via the contact form is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Server-side access to data is restricted to authorised personnel. No passwords are stored.
